1. Digital Services

• Astrology reports and consultations are non-refundable once delivered.
• If you receive an incorrect or incomplete report, contact us within 24 hours for correction.

2. Physical Products

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged or incorrect items.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for misuse or violation of terms.
